Studio bookings
Services, bookable time slots, managing bookings and class packs
Create your services
Go to Dashboard → “Booking Settings”. The first tab is “Services”; these are the services customers choose from when they book.
- Click “Add Service”.
- Enter the service name, an optional description, the “Duration (minutes)” and the “Price”. You can also upload an image.
- After saving, the service appears in the list. Use “Move up” / “Move down” to reorder; the booking page follows this order.
- To stop taking a service for a while, click “Pause”. Paused services do not appear on the booking page; click “Resume” to bring them back.
Set your bookable time slots
Switch to the “Booking Slots” tab. A slot is the time range you accept bookings in each day. The start times customers can pick are cut automatically from each service's duration, and “Max Bookings” is how many groups you take at the same time.
- Click “Add Slot”.
- Under “Days of the week”, tick the weekdays, or use “Weekdays”, “Weekend” or “Every day” as a shortcut.
- Set the “Start Time”, “End Time” and “Max Bookings”, then save. If a selected day already has an overlapping slot, that day is skipped when saving.
If a slot is shorter than a service's duration, customers cannot pick that service in it, and the page tells you so.
Special dates and booking notice
- Special Date Overrides: For days off, one-off schedule changes or extra sessions, use “Add Special Date” on this tab and choose “Closed / Day Off”, “Replace with special hours” or “Add extra hours”.
- Booking Notice: Enter a title and text, and customers see it as a pop-up when they open the booking page (for example a late-arrival policy). Leave the text empty to turn it off.
Share your booking link
Switch to the “Booking Link & QR Code” tab:
- Direct Booking Link: Click “Copy” and paste the link into your social posts or messages. You can also “Generate QR Code” and “Download QR Code” to print it for your space.
- Branded booking page: On Growth and above, “Booking Page Settings” lets you customize the booking page's look, portfolio, studio intro, FAQ and short URL.
Customers go through “Select Service”, “Select Time”, “Fill Info” and “Done” on the booking page. After they submit, the booking waits for your confirmation, and nothing is charged before they submit. If online booking payment is turned on, customers pay a deposit or the full amount first and the booking is confirmed automatically once they pay (see “Collecting deposits online” below).
Collecting deposits online (Growth plan and above)
To have customers pay a deposit or the full amount when they book, use your own LINE Pay or Stripe (card). The money goes straight to your payment account, the booking is confirmed automatically once payment succeeds, and it is recorded in your POS accounts. It needs the Growth plan or above (available during the 30-day trial).
- Go to the dashboard → “Payment Settings”, turn on online payment, and enter your LINE Pay or Stripe keys, then save.
- On the same page, set the store-wide rule under “Online booking payment (deposit / full amount)”: “Don't collect”, “Fixed amount”, “Percentage” or “Full amount”.
- A single service can override it: edit the service under “Booking Settings” → “Services” and choose “Use store setting” or another rule under “Online deposit”.
- After submitting, the customer goes to a payment page and has 30 minutes to pay. Once paid, the booking becomes “Confirmed” automatically; if unpaid, it is cancelled and the slot is released. The booking list and details show statuses such as “Deposit due” and “Paid”.
- Refunds are manual: refund the customer in the LINE Pay / Stripe dashboard, then press “Mark as refunded” in the booking details so the POS payment is reversed. The system never sends refunds for you.
If payment is not set up, or your plan does not include it, customers are not asked to pay and the booking still waits for your confirmation.
Handle bookings
Go to Dashboard → “Bookings”. New bookings arrive as “Pending” and need your confirmation. You can switch between “List”, “Calendar” and “Timeline” views.
- Open a booking and click “Confirm Booking”. Its status becomes “Confirmed”.
- After the service, click “Complete Service”. Its status becomes “Completed”.
- If you cannot take the booking, click “Cancel Booking”.
Two more handy features:
- New booking: Create a booking for a customer who phoned or walked in. It starts as “Confirmed”, and if you enter an email and your plan includes advanced notices (Growth or above), you can send a booking confirmation.
- Reschedule requests: Reschedule requests from members show up in the booking details, and you choose “Accept reschedule” or “Reject”.
Reminders, calendar sync and advanced notices
- Reminders: On the tab of the same name in Booking Settings, turn on “Enable reminders” and tick “24 hours before” and/or “2 hours before”. For studios the notification channel is email.
- Calendar sync: After you “Generate subscription link”, you can sync bookings to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Regenerating the link invalidates the old one immediately.
- Notifications: On Growth and above you can use advanced studio notifications (email / Telegram) under Dashboard → “System” → “Notifications”. The notification email, delivery rules and content can be set up on that page.
Class packs
A class pack is a bundle of sessions that a customer buys up front and uses for bookings. It needs the Growth plan or above, and cards can only be issued to members of your shop (see “Members”).
- Go to Dashboard → “Class Packs” → “Templates”, click “New Template” and fill in the “Template name”, the “Service”, the “Total sessions” and the “Default expiry days”.
- Switch to “Issued Packs”, click “Issue Pack”, search for the member and choose the “Template”. The expiry date and note are optional. Then submit.
- The card details show the transaction history, and let you “Extend expiry” or “Void” the card. A voided card cannot be restored and unused sessions are not refunded.
Deactivating a card type does not affect cards that have already been issued.
Plans and booking limits
- Trial and expiry: New accounts get a 30-day trial. When a trial or plan ends, the store moves to the Free plan automatically and keeps running.
- Monthly bookings: Free 15, Starter 100, Growth 500 and Pro 2,000. Once you reach the limit, you need to upgrade to add more bookings.
- Feature requirements: The online booking page, services and booking management are on every plan. The branded booking page, members, custom short URL, class packs and advanced notices need Growth or above.
