Menu Setup
How to add items, set prices, and customize options
Add Category
Go to Dashboard → Menu → Categories, click the "Add Category" button. Enter a category name (e.g. Main Course, Drinks, Desserts) and drag to reorder.
Add Item
Go to Dashboard → Menu → All Items, click the "Add Item" button.
- Name:Item name displayed on the menu
- Price:Item selling price
- Description:Item description (optional)
- Image:Upload a photo, recommended size 800x800
- Category:Select the category for this item
- Available:Temporarily hide sold-out or seasonal items
Set Up Custom Options
On the item edit page, scroll down to the "Options" section to add custom options:
- Option Group:e.g. "Sweetness", "Ice Level", "Toppings"
- Required:Set whether customers must select this option
- Option Choices:e.g. "Regular, Half Sugar, Less Sugar, No Sugar"
- Extra Charge:Some options can have an extra charge (e.g. add boba +$10)
Bulk Import
If you have many items to add, you can use the bulk import feature:
Go to Dashboard → Menu → Import/Export. We support CSV bulk import. Download the template, fill in your item info, and upload.
