Group Buy
Add products, set up pickup points, share your link and handle orders
Add your products
Your shop sells products. Go to Dashboard → “Product Management”, create a category first, then add products.
- Open “Categories” and add a category. Every product has to belong to one.
- Open “All Products” and click “Add Product”.
- Choose the category and enter the product name and price. You can add a description and an image too.
- Leave “Stock Quantity” empty for unlimited stock. If you enter a number, the product is marked sold out automatically when it reaches 0.
- Keep “Available” ticked for customers to buy it; untick it for products you are not selling for now.
With many products, import them in one go with “Import / Export Products” or “AI Import Products”.
Set up pickup points
Customers must choose a pickup point at checkout, so create at least one first; otherwise they cannot place an order. Go to Dashboard → “Group Buy Operations” → “Pickup Points”:
- Fill in the “Name” and “Address”, plus an optional note (for example when pickup is possible), then click “Add pickup point”.
- You can “Edit” a pickup point later, or “Disable” it so customers can no longer choose it. A pickup point that orders already use cannot be deleted; disable it instead.
Share your product page
- View Product Page: This button at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar opens your product page. Copy the link from the address bar to share it with customers.
- Product Page Settings: On Growth and above you can customize the shop's look and intro, and set an easy-to-remember address under “Short URL Settings”.
Handle orders and pickup
After a customer places an order, handle it under Dashboard → “Group Buy Operations” → “Order Management”. Orders move through “Pending Payment”, “Paid” and “Completed”, and each order shows the “Pickup Point” the customer chose.
- Once the money arrives, open the “Pending Payment” order, click “Confirm Payment Received”, choose the payment method (the note is optional) and confirm. The order becomes “Paid”.
- After the customer picks up, click “Complete Order”. The order becomes “Completed”.
- With many orders, tick several and use the batch actions to confirm payment or complete them. For orders you cannot fill, click “Cancel Order”.
Group Buy campaigns (pre-registration)
For pre-registrations that only ship once enough people join, use “Group Buy”, a Pro feature (included in the 30-day trial). Customers do not pay when they register; after the goal is reached you contact them about payment and pickup.
- Go to Dashboard → “Group Buy” and create a campaign. Fill in the “Campaign name”, “Slug”, “Product” (the product must exist first), start and end times and “Goal quantity”, plus “Max quantity (optional)” if you want a cap.
- A campaign starts as “Draft”, where every field can be edited. When you are ready, click “Activate”; it becomes “Open” and from then on you can only extend the end time.
- Copy the “Public page URL” from the campaign details and share it. Customers enter their name, phone number and quantity to register (one registration per phone number); registering is not a payment.
- After the end time the system settles the campaign automatically. If the goal is met it becomes “Goal reached” and participants who left an email, and you, get an email. If not, it becomes “Failed” and nobody has to pay.
- Once it has gone ahead, contact the participants yourself to arrange payment and pickup, then click “Start fulfilling” and “Close campaign” in turn.
To end a running campaign early, click “Take down early”. It is marked as not reached, participants are told it did not go ahead, and this cannot be undone.
